Thirty months on yeast lees has resulted in a complex wine, with a fine persistent bead. The complex toasty aroma, coupled with straw and biscuity characters, suggest a full, rich style. The palate is rich and creamy with good persistence of flavour and balanced acidity.

Light to mid straw in colour with a touch of green. The nose shows lime and citrus characters with a slight smoky edge. The palate is tightly structured with a good depth of flavour that leads to a fresh and clean finish.

This wine is light straw in colour with brilliant clarity. The nose is fine and elegant showing melon and citrus fruit combined nutty yeast and oak characters. The palate is rich and creamy with a fine acid backbone leading to a long finish.

Deep plum red in colour and brilliant in clarity. The nose is complex showing cassis and dark berry fruits overlayed with spicy oak and savoury notes. The palate is rich and concentrated with good fruit and oak integration and balanced acidity. The finish is long finish with soft sweet tannins.

Deep plum red in colour with a purple edge. The nose shows classic cool climate Shiraz spice combined with dark berry fruits with hints of mocha and toasty oak. The palate is rich with dark berry fruits and lifted spice. There is a nice balance of acid and tannin. The finish is long and soft.

Deep plum red in colour with a purple edge. The nose shows lifted cool climate Shiraz spice, dark berry fruits toasty oak. The palate is rich and concentrated with layers of dark berry fruits, sweet spice and mocha oak. There is a surprising amount of fine-grained tannin, which rounds out the finish and adds length.
