Tasting Notes:
NOSE: On the nose, this gin brings flavours of raisins, cherries and pine needles with deep rich fruit aromas.
PALATE: Woody spice of aniseed, cinnamon and cloves pair with orange peel to bring a rich and deep spice forward to complement the pine notes of the juniper which is the backbone of this gin.
FINISH: A dry but smooth peppery spice finish.
BOTANICALS USED: Rochford Pinot Noir, Juniper, Coriander Seed, Cinnamon, Cloves, Orise Root, Angelica Root, Aniseed, Orange Peel, Pimento/All Spice, Sunflower Seed, Fresh Oranges.
