This Yarra Valley rosé displays bright aromas of raspberry and red fruits, alongside a hint of savoury spice. It’s a dry and crisp style with notes of cherry, red apple and sage on the palate.

Vinification & Elevage: Fruit is pressed to stainless steel for fermentation without temperature control. The wine remains on fine lees until blending after 3 months prior to bottling.
Viticultural Notes:
2023 was a vintage where a wet spring provided challenges, yet through hard work and perseverance we enjoyed a mild and kind harvest period that has produced wines of vibrancy and finesse.
