This sparkling rosé has gentle aromas of peaches, strawberries and cream with some chalky elements. On the palate its refreshment plus! Again strawberries, peaches and pastry notes with a zesty finish set to accompany fun times!
This wine is aromatic, textural and so easy to pair with food - enjoy chilled and with friends.
Winemaking Notes:
Vinification & Elevage: Crushed and pressed to stainless for cool fermentation. Bottled early to retain freshness.

2022 will be remembered for the tiniest yields in a decade resulting from poor flowering conditions in most parts of Victoria. The quality of the resultant wines of this vintage however are outstanding with both concentration and finesse.
